- The American Red Cross National Headquarters is a National Historic Landmark and is also a memorial to the women who served in the American Civil War.
- Furnished and installed HVAC Equipment: 8 – Computer Room Air Conditioning Units, 26 -VAV Boxes, 6 – Exhaust Fans.
- Furnished and installed Plumbing Fixtures: 11 – Pantry Sinks, Water Closets, Lavatories, 3 – Tankless Domestic Water Heaters.
- Welch and Rushe also installed piping for the Domestic Water, A/C Condensate, Condenser Water and Chilled Water systems.
- The project included Demo, Sheetmetal, Pipe and Duct Insulation, Balancing, Temperature Controls, and Duct Cleaning.
