We hire trained, qualified, and licensed UA certified journeymen.
On average ALL employees receive at least 40 hours of annual job-related training.

Established in 1966, Welch and Rushe started as two plumbers working out of an attic office in Forest Heights, MD. We now have a staff of nearly 200 experienced and qualified individuals. From our modest beginnings, we have become the premier mechanical contractor in the Washington, DC area.
